On september 11th I made a Nice Baby Yoda 26th Birthday 2020 Quarantined Vintage Retro shirt huge order 400 huge and utilized place cash and point credits that I earned and saved for months waiting to purchase school clothes for my sons I received my online order on saturday the 15th and all the items I purchased for my oldest son even tho I ordered his normal sizes were too big and would most likely not fit intil next year I called our local retail store in moosic pa and asked if I would be able to exchange them for a smaller size there or would I have to send them back since they were purchased online the employee informed me I could exchange them in the store when I arrived she began ringing them up as a return I clarified with her I only wanted to exchange for a smaller size however some items were online exclusives and she told me it would have to be handled as a return halfway threw ringing them up I noticed she was only giving me credit for the sale price after the coupons it was at this time she informed me I would only get credit for the price I paid after the discounts were applied that I would have to repurchase all new items at full retail and the credits I utilized that I earned by shopping here would not be reapplied to the new order I called customer service the rep told me he would recredit me the place cash which came to a 60 left me on hold for 35 minutes in the parking lot only to come back and tell me that his supervisor refused to recredit me the coupon for the exchange so I returned to the store and asked them to give me the clothing back since I was not going to take a 60 loss and the clerk informed me that I already returned it and would again have to repurchse everything at full retial moral of the story I will never shop here again 60 means very little to large corporations but to me a middle class dual income household that fights to live paycheck to paycheck 60 is alot did it take money out of my pocket no but my son is 5 outfits short of his new school wardrobe because I refuse to pay double oo thats the other thing most every single item ive ever purchased from cp is usually on sale good sale prices like 40 60 off every single time I shop there when it comes time to use the place cash everything is jacked up to full retail and sure everybody knows stores do that but just putting it out there shame on you childrens place such poor poor business ethic and you will no longer have my business again.
